Started in January of 2018 this 3000 square foot dwelling boasts an A3 energy rating. It includes an air to water heating system, Heat recovery ventilation unit, Tegral wall cladding, Aluminium standing seam roof, Triple glazed Aluclad windows and some serious architectural detailing.
