Completed in 2017, This office/Multifunctional building has a Nibi heating system installed that is costing less than €60 per year to run and maintain comfortable temperatures. This is hugely helped by the super insulated-airtight structure of the building enabling it to be heated by sunlight alone for most of the heating period.
